We are very happy with the performance and sanitation of our P.E.M. surface in our kiddie play area.
The surface provided superior slip resistance for our guests last season and was easily cleaned and sanitized. Our pools maintained their high water quality that we strive to accomplish in our Water Park and our pools passed all the tests conducted by Panhandle Health on swimming pool safety. the maintenance required on the surface was minimal and we look forward to many more years use of the quality surface you provided.

I own and operate a very busy horse-drawn carriage company in the downtown St. Louis area. Over the years we have tried various products to minimize the urine and ammonia odor on the cobblestone streets where we offer our tours. Nothing seemed to work! In June 1998, I attended Equitana '98' and picked up some of your company's literature. Upon returning to St, Louis, I purchased a bottle of B.E.S.T. Odor Control Spray and tried it on the streets. WHAT A DIFFERENCE! The ammonia and urine odor was completely eliminated. Thanks B.E.S.T. for solving this on-going problem!

Prior to hosting the 2008 BMW Championship here at Bellerive, we were looking for a quality, functional and aesthetically pleasing surface cover for the existing foot bridges on the course. The Charleston Boat Club installed your Blue Mat material on its primary access walkways last year, and it has proven very satisfactory. To date, the material shows very little wear and we are able to keep it clean without a great deal of expense.
We have ordered additional Blue Marina Mat for use in other areas of our facility and look forward to receiving the shipment as soon as possible.

The new PEM Aquatic Matting we installed in the lobby of our pool building last year held up great and looks fantastic. Guests commented on how much drier and cleaner the floor was. The matting worked so well we are expanding it into the shower and changing areas this year.

For the past year, the PETsMART PERCHERON Hitch has been using B.E.S.T. products and results have been phenomenal. We use the odor control product in numerous capacities. When on the road, our horses are kept in individual tie stalls, thus a considerable amount of urine is left by the horses in a very confined area. The B.E.S.T. Odor Control eliminates basically all odor, as well as serving as an excellent fly control system during the warmer weather.
We also use the product in our nine horse semi-van. Once again we are able to eliminate odor. This allows us to stop less frequently as we have decreased the need to air out our van by using B.E.S.T. We have also found our horses travel in better health due to the decreased ammonia odor in the van.
We have found an additional use for the B.E.S.T. Odor Control. Sprayed directly on soiled areas of our horse blankets, shipping boots and personal clothing, it eliminates odor, lift stains and prolongs the life of the fabric.

The PEM Playground Surface is a hit according to the parents whose children were using the playground when I stopped by a few weeks ago.
They commented that their youngsters were actually dry after a rain a few days earlier, and that this would not have happened with the mulch we used to have under the playground equipment.
The mulch was a good alternative to sand, and I think the PEM surfacing will be a good alternative to the mulch, because of the cost of the special mulch, and the labor to keep it to the proper height per ADA & ASTM requirements.
People can now use wheel chairs on this surface, which was hard to use with mulch, if at all.
I believe with just a little training my staff should be able to install the surfacing ourselves, like we do with the other PEM matting, that we use at the pools, ball fields, concessions, and restrooms.

Thank you so much for introducing your product to the world of dog kennels! Since spraying the concrete pens right outside the back door of my house, I am no longer "bowled over" by the odors when I leave. Many years of overuse of this area, combined with the summer heat, had created quite a problem for me as the new homeowner.
In addition my finicky Doberman female would not step foot on the grassy area which had been used by the previous owners dog. Believe it or not, one small bottle of the diluted spray over an area measuring about 25' x 25', took away any objectionable odors. Her very sensitive nose soon gave way to approval as she trotted across the grass!

The P.E.M. that covers our varsity baseball field fencing has held up in outstanding fashion and adds a great dimension to player safety, as well as tremendous esthetic dominance. The matting used in the interior back wall of our dugouts greatly reduces wear on uniform shirts.
The large concrete areas in front of our stadium bleachers that are covered with the P.E.M. have really served our cheerleaders well in providing a safe and beautiful cheerleaders "pad" for their activities.
The P.E.M. specifically designed for our tennis courts as "windscreen" has performed beautifully with exceptional durability.
In all of these areas, I have found that the quality and performance of the P.E.M. to be outstanding. All of the areas are subject to severe heat, cold, and sun light. The P.E.M. has held up beautifully and I hope to add the P.E.M. product to other areas of our facility in the near future as our budgets allow. Some of the other areas I have in the plans, include the swimming pool area, the weight room, shower and locker rooms, etc.

I wanted you to know that the P.E.M. Aquatic matting we purchased for our swimming pool locker rooms has worked out great.
As you are aware, we had a problem with children slipping when the existing floor covering got wet. Your product has eliminated that problem completely. In addition, it is easy to clean, does not retain odors and there was no evidence of algae growth.

We had a lot of steps, wooden walkways and bridges that were of concern when the club decided to go spikeless. The P.E.M. Golf Course Matting was easily installed on these areas and the members love it. Water drains right through the mat, and it provides excellent traction for spikeless traffic. The PVC construction also greatly reduces golf ball bounce on high impact areas, around greens and fairways. The rubber matting I tried was always wet on the underside and slippery when moist. All of the rubber was replaced with the P.E.M. Golf Course Matting. I think it will truly last for many years.

We are a year round Marina on Shasta Lake in sunny California. We have been using your product for 5 years on our Gas Dock.
We are extremely pleased with its performance. In the 5 years of constant exposure to Petroleum products, extreme weather conditions and heavy foot traffic, it still looks and feels brand new. There has been no fading or tearing, no unraveling. It’s still as pliable as the first day we installed it. It’s constantly exposed to water and is pressure washed weekly, the easy drainage has prevented any moisture problems, and we’ve had no mold or mildew problems at all. The scrap pieces are used in boats and around our docks, where they’re needed, no waste.
We are very pleased with PEM Surface and plan to use more of it around our Marina. Thank you for making such a quality product!

At Bear Slide Golf Club we have over 1,700 feet of wood bridges. PEM matting has helped us reduce the risk of our guests slipping and getting injured as our bridges can be very slick when wet.
